Exchange/Change of Mind/Refund Policy
*EXCHANGES/CHANGE OF MIND and REFUNDS can be made with an original receipt on ONLY full priced merchandise.
*PRE-ORDER /MADE TO ORDER ITEMS will NOT be REFUNDED -
Exchange or Credit is available on only in stock items - Online Store Credits will be available for 12 months from issue.
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you have received the item.
Returnable items must not have BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and in its original condition with the tags attached.
Returnable items are under the discretion of MX(Madame X). MX has the right to refuse any item/s if it is not of merchantable quality and will return the goods back to you and the extra shipping/handling charges.
How do I make an Exchange or Return?
Contact MX immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within our 7 day Return policy, and await our further instructions.
Any returns made after our Return Policy will not be accepted.
Once you have received our instructions to return your item, it is advised that you return the item to the prescribed address and prepay all return postage costs.
All Shipping charges for any items of exchange/return will be at your own cost.
MX does not refund original shipping charges for any exchange/change of mind/return items.
MX reserves the right to refuse to accept unreasonable or unnecessary postage costs. We are not responsible for any lost, theft or damages goods during transit.
Notify us via e-mail email@example.com once you have sent the item and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number.
If you receive an item with a major problem, you can choose between a refund or an exchange.
What is a major problem?
A item that has a major problem is when:
- it has a problem that would have reasonably stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it; or
- it is significantly different from the online image and description; or
- Significantly damaged or defective.
Any item that has been damaged from wear and tear is not a faulty item.
The process of determining a major problem is in the sole discretion of MX senior staff.
Only when the item is faulty, the returned postage costs will be reimbursed at the standard/minimum rate at the time of returning the item. MX will not cover any unreasonable or unnecessary costs.
